Creation Process
Our team followed the Scrum development pattern to ensure a collaborative and organized development process. More detailed aspects of our creation process and team dynamic are detailed to the right!

This diagram well illustrates the process our team took to create this app over the last few weeks. See 1) Scrum for more details about how our team implemented this process.
1
Scrum
At the recommendation of our Scrum Master Ky, we utilized Trello to visually represent where we were in the Scrum process. Our Trello was organized with a column containing relevant documents, a column with a To-Do list for the future (our product backlog), a column with our tasks currently in progress (our sprint backlog), a column with completed tasks currently in the testing phase (our sprint review), and a column with fully completed items (our shippable product increment). Most of the items also had team member names next to them to keep our delegation of work organized. Ky frequently updated the Trello so that we were all on the same page.
2
Day-to-Day Work
In addition to the up-to-date Trello, our team made an effort to have at least one member make at least some progress every single day (following the daily scrum methodology). Team members could see the others' progress in the GitHub repository, which was always updated because team members pushed changes immediately after testing them to ensure the whole group could access the most updated version of the app.
3
Communication
Our team was very communicative with each other and with our team TA Faizaan. We made sure we were on the same page with what progress had been made each day with a Google Doc for team members to update next to that day's date. We then kept Faizaan in the loop on our daily scrum process by sending these collaborative updates though our Discord server. Our team was very in-touch via our iMessage group chat and frequently communicated with questions or updates on what changes had been made and pushed.
